Job Description for Weight Recorder

1) Process and check all received recording Sheets and Tag Cards.

a) Keep all recordings confidential until results are made known on our Web-Site.

b) Give a Complete up to date report every Month of Recordings and Leaders in all Sections to Committee and Website Coordinator.

3) Forward on all received tag cards after checking is completed to Mark Snadden

4) Check all Claims received for any records and pass on to SAGFA as soon as possible after you received them, note! There is dead line that has to be met.

a) "The John and Ann Brooker Trophy", Tagged most SBF Tuna,

b) Neil Patrick Trophy Awarded to the angler who tagged and released the most other Game Fish in   Australian waters.

c) Tom Bell Trophy angler who captured the heaviest Game Fish in Australian Waters (NO Sharks

d) Check current GFAA year Book for any other awards the club or a member could claim,

e) SAGFA’s, Advertiser cup and others, SAGFA will send you notification for you to complete and return to SAGFA.

6) In December each year get our Electronic scales certified and pass copy of certificate to IGFA representative for the IGFA Weigh station.

7) Prepare all trophies for Tournaments and Presentations. (Get Help from Tournament Director and or any committee member available)
